SLOWING DOWN THE MIND
Learning how to control the mind or simply allowing rest for many means decreasing anxiety and stress.
One way to decrease stress and anxiety is practicing your breathe of rest and appreciation. I invite you to
sit quietly, and close your eyes (when you can today).Take One deep inhale and one slow exhale.
Repeat this 6 times. Do this for yourself! Notice how your mind slows down when you focus on your breath!
