BE STILL AND REST
- Self awareness opens up the mind, heart and soul. Regular daily meditation helps one “let go”, to process emotions and to rest the mind from the Monkey Brain. It’s important to work on being still from overactive thoughts. The stillness allows “stuff” to surface into awareness. Being still helps expand and creates space within to address emotions and to connect of the Universal Love to be accepted by the human vessel. Then the inner voice or intuition, created by Holy Divine Love, can be heard and lead to inspired action. The inner voice is always wise, kind, loving, merciful, guiding, encouraging, but never judgmental or critical.
