HEALING JOURNEY

The good news is once we recognize, identify and become aware of the deeply buried wounding that we carry, the work begins:  first acknowledgement, feeling the pain, then the healing can progress.  Your body feels pain because of unreleased, suppressed or unresolved, unforgiven emotions.  These limited feelings, when allowed to surface, must be FELT, recognized, acknowledged, and released to allow more Love energy within our human body, especially the heart.  When the heart is truly open, the mind takes a back seat.  This takes practice and time, again it’s a journey and a process.  It’s a continuous way of Life expansion.  The incessant chatter of the monkey brain, as I call it, becomes still, and can open to your inner voice or intuition.  Breath work is a powerful technique to help decrease anxiety or fear and open up to LOVE.
