ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE (part 1)

What a blessing to be happy and grateful!  Gratitude is an amazing daily practice to feel good and appreciate your life.  Typically, humans need to remind themselves to be grateful, because we tend to take life’s gifts for granted.  If you feel discontent, that can be a good thing, because maybe you are ready to explore new things and find an expanded life experience with renewed purpose.  Growth and awareness can be uncomfortable at first, but it’s because you are becoming mindful of your thoughts.
