DAY 10

REFOCUSING

You are very capable of CHANGING YOUR FOCUS and INTENTION to what you want, instead of focusing on what you DON’T want.  Doing what makes you happy enriches your experience.  You can create something new and exciting for yourself and benefit others.    Kindness can replace the negativity and hurt within you, so you can experience kindness from others.  You attract what you put out there and you can create what you want in your life.  Setting limits with other who could take advantage of you is owning your own power. Again it’s about self-love.   The choices we make either create drama and division or peace and collaboration.  Detachment or  separation from the drama of others will protect your integrity and power to focus on more positive thoughts. When we detach it doesn’t mean we don’t love others, but we have to love ourselves enough to let go of negativity to allow an easy flow of life. I call this developing emotional intelligence.   Instead of thinking like a victim, (“it’s her fault”, “he does that to make me mad”) we can become a loving observer and learn not to accept falsehoods or impositions of others and to love ourselves from within by creating a positive experience.    Creating appreciation and gratitude increase your vibration or energy of love.
