As children we assimilate roles and false beliefs that diminish us due to false programming by others.  We become individuals, we become separated from our loving true nature.  We accept these conditions, rejection, belittlement by those around us: parents, teachers, family, friends, government, ancestors, even leaders who don’t’ care or who are not aware of how hurtful it is  to diminish self-worth of others.  At times it’s their way to elevate themselves through fear, not love.    It’s a work of love within to release and let go of the wounds. It’s a gradual realization and process of shedding “onion layers”.  It’s a choice to create a more loving YOU, capable to create what you want and love!
