Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness of the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique. Mindfulness is letting go of taking things for granted. Mindfulness is the self-regulation of attention with an attitude of curiosityopenness, and acceptance regardless of condition
