AFFIRMATIONS
The following affirmative statements may sound foreign to you but they can eventually help you feel better about yourself:
- I have a brilliant mind. (SMILE, it’s the Divine Truth!)
- I am beautiful/handsome.
- There is always space for my personal growth and my best.
- I am always worthy of good things.
- I am always good enough!!! I am where as I am. All is well.
There are many phone apps with affirmations. Examples: Law of Attraction Daily, Art of Affirmation Daily, or Spiritual Grace Daily. Repetition every day is key, especially when you wake up in the morning; this sets the tone for your day. Practice for at least…forever. Set an intention, make it part of your day…every day.
