YOU ARE A WORK OF ART, BE PATIENT

Being happy is a decision and a choice today and every day.  Of course, there are some days that are challenging, and we might get moody or have situational depression, feel down or blue. It’s part of life. This is usually temporary, and you can shake it off and move on.  But if you can’t always consult a doctor if you are always depressed. 

Assuming you are able to cope with the changes in your mind, you can allow the negative emotions, even though it’s very unpleasant, then release the toxic thoughts. You can eventually talk yourself out of a foul mood.   Start singing, play your favorite music, go for a walk, think about people or stuff you love!  When the negative thought creeps in, it’s like going down a rabbit hole.  You’ll get in deeper if you don’t stop it and flip the switch to positive talk.

The daily progress of your life journey improves  if you are open.  Learning a little spiritual or personal growth “tidbit” every day is a step in creating a more positive flow in your life.
