REMEMBER YOUR GRATITUDE LIST

How many items did you write down on your first gratitude list?  Did any positive feelings pop up that changed your mood?  Now go ahead and write down another list of at least 30 items or more.

This awareness needs to be developed in order to open up the feelings and thoughts of happiness and joy.   Two thirds (2/3) of the world don’t have clean drinking water.   Think about that for a minute!  We take so much for granted in industrialized countries… It’s all about perspective!
