Who knew?  Crystals emit energy.  This makes sense because everything in life is energy and interconnected.   Crystals form deep within the earth and can help rebalance the chakra energy centers of the body. Everything is related or interconnected.  Remember we are all One with the Earth and the Universe.  

It may not be “logical” to you right now, but it’s Truth.  It’s a different way of thinking and being.  Incorporating stones and/or crystals during meditation, prayer, stillness, or yoga can enhance positive energy, depending on your intention of prayer/meditation.   They need periodic recharging.  We’ll talk about that later.
