ESSENTIAL OILS (part 2)

LAVENDER is amazing:  Lavender induces relaxation, it may help with neurological disorders, can be a mood stabilizer, anticonvulsive, anxiolytic. Use with a carrier oil (coconut or olive) on the skin or place oil drops (6-10) in a diffuser with distilled water. (7)

*PEPPERMINT can be effective on migraines.  Rub a drop into your palms and inhale the vapor a few times.  Or place the oil on the back of the neck or the location of a headache.  Note:  peppermint is a strong aromatic if you’re not used to it.
