THE MIND and REPETITION

The mind learns through REPETITION whether the thoughts are negative or positive. You are and have the power to create your own reality good or not so good.  Whatever you pay attention to becomes your focus and reality. You attract situations because of the power of your thoughts and your energy vibration. 

AWARENESS:  Negative thoughts and beliefs occur in the mind and we don’t even realize it!!!  PAY ATTENTION to what you are thinking, be mindful and aware of your thought!  When you have a negative thought creep up:  Tell it STOP! and then rephrase it to positive.  FLIP THAT SWITCH!

Example: “This traffic is ridiculous. This is pissing me off”. Rephrase the thought: “All is well, I am where I am”. Focus on the radio music, how much you love your dog, your parents, your partner, your spouse, your kids or friends, take a deep breathe then SMILE.  It’s literally a mind game that can help you feel better.

Be mindful of what you are thinking!  Flipping the switch is very powerful to live more positively, to create a happier life.  It takes a lot of practice but worth it.
