DEPRESSION (part 3)

As I emphasized during this program, deep breathing relaxes the mind (as previously described).  Being grateful for what you have significantly lifts your mood and vibration. If you have trouble feeling grateful for what you have, try imagining your life without things you have. Start with the simple gift of being able to breath and be alive or the clean water you have available to drink.  We live in an abundant world.  Two thirds of the world does NOT have clean drinking water.  We take it for granted.

The fact that we all have an opportunity to experience the Universe as ourselves living in Truth, authenticity, using our gifts, living in peace and harmony can be a reality.  We can create whatever it is we want.  Our perception can change into positivity.  These facts are incredible in themselves. I suggest you continue to add more things to your gratitude list. The Universe will respond by giving you more to appreciate.  After a while you will look back at the time you were depressed and wonder what took you so long to snap out of it! 

Please note: Some forms of depression can be very serious and requires treatment by a physician. If you feel hopeless or feel like life is not worth living, contact a professional right away. You are a very important part of this world and you deserve to feel better!
