ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE (part 2)

Exploring new knowledge for personal development can lead to positive habits by leaving the old ways of limited thinking in the dust.  Gratitude in the breath and in every heartbeat helps appreciate your life.  Believe it or not, you have the power to stop feeling negative emotions:  jealousy, resentment, fear, doubt, worry, anxiety, and false beliefs about yourself. Since 95% of us have baggage to shed, and refocusing to do, it just takes a lot of consistent practice and observation of your behavior and behavior of others to realize you want to make changes.   Being honest can be painful and takes courage.  It helps you grow into a better human being.  Setting boundaries to keep you happy and respected is part of loving yourself enough.  Always talk to yourself in a positive loving way. This enforces positive energy and thoughts about you and those around you.
