Once old patterns of thought and fear take the back seat, one can start to Explore new things. Start with whatever interests you: a class, a visit to a metaphysical store, a wellness or natural market in your area or local small businesses for overall wellness of mind, body and spirit.
Explore what it is you love to do, explore a new vocation, a local walk or bike path, camping grounds, hiking trails, fishing spots, etc. Studying new topics of interest can improve your wellbeing and knowledge: nutrition, supplements, adaptogens, crystals, essential oils, painting, writing, crafts, books on personal healing and development, herbs, teas, tinctures, yoga centers, Tai chi, acupuncture, Reiki, Healing Touch, Massage Therapy, craniosacral therapy, clean eating, etc… or whatever it is you love.
