LOOKING WITHIN and CHOICES (Part 2)

Take a 10-15 minutes for yourself, in the evening or when it’s quiet.

  • Go to a quiet room and close the door.
  • Grab a piece of paper and write down your thoughts and emotions
  • Who or what makes you angry?
  • Who or what makes you feel resentment?
  • What makes you happy?
  • What makes you unhappy?
  • Who makes you happy or unhappy?
  • What is your dream?
  • What beliefs or dominant thought are in your mind?
  • “I can’t do that” “I’m not good enough” etc.

 

You can let go and detach from the negative thought,  rephrase it and feel gratitude or look for a creative solution to change the situation or belief that doesn’t serve you.
