FORGET CLASSIC EXCUSES, THINK ABOUT POSITIVE CHANGE

 How do you feel about your job? Your friends? Your family?

Be honest enough to identify your feelings.  It’s ok.  Even if they are unpleasant, because you can change those feelings or change your perspective about them. 

Think about what makes you feel good and recognize it . Appreciate it.

Are you placing blame, resenting something or someone from your past or childhood? 

Are you angry or resentful? What or who is the cause? Is it your perception? You have the power to let it go to change. Choose to  see the good in yourself and others.   Do you need to recognize the emotions that are limiting you?

Do you need to forgive something or someone? 

Do you need to ask for help from others or have a conversation to communicate or express these feelings?

Do you live in a world of drama and discord? 

Do you seek approval of others?  Do you criticize yourself? Do you feel helpless?

Do you choose to let go and  forgive, or accept the situation today toward changing your mindset? 

Are you saying: “I can’t, I can’t do it.” When you tell yourself this statement, you are defeating your own power to do what you love and dismissing your capability.

If you let go of blame, you stop being the victim.  You can start healing and create the life you want, your can create peace and love within.  What can you change about  false self negative perception to live a better life of peace and happiness?

Sometimes small changes make a big difference.   Remember baby steps are less shocking to the system!  I’m living proof
