BECOMING THE OBSERVER

When you become the observer of your life experience instead of reacting,  it creates a space for responding, of self control and love of self within.  You realize “I am in control of myself, of my emotions; You choose to respond, which makes you think.  When you react you feel negative emotion that controls you. Slowing down the mind to think of the situation helps  with a solution mindset. If the situation violates your integrity, sometimes you have to walk away from it.  Tell yourself:   “ Blaming and reacting in anger, resentment, jealousy doesn’t serve me!!!  It doesn’t help me grow! You have a choice to either change your perspective or change the situation/environment.
