OPENING YOUR MIND into Awareness
I invite you to grab a piece of paper and write down the answers to the following questions:
What would I love in my life? Health, wealth, vocation, purpose or improved relationships?
- Am I living on automatic pilot every day?
- Am I angry and don’t know why?
- Am I worried or anxious about something?
- Do I want something more or different than I have now?
- Am I bored or dislike my job?
- What are my feelings?
- Do I feel love for myself and others? Deep down what am I feeling?
- You may not like what you feel, it’ ok. What are your fears, shame, doubts, judgements, beliefs or feelings of unworthiness that are holding you back from becoming a fulfilled expanded person?
- What can I do to feel better?
- Refocus on new thoughts that make you feel good.
- Self Care: Find a quiet spot, close your eyes, breathe in deeply and exhale slowly, take a daily walk, read a good book, take a soak in the tub, go for a new job, do what you enjoy! Talk to yourself with positive thoughts all day long.
