CLEARING YOUR MIND

1)  Calming your mind is the first step to healing your mind, body and spirit. Make time for yourself.

2)  Releasing negativity from your mind by changing your thought to a positive one helps reprogram how you think about yourself and others.

3)  when you get in the habit of positive thought it allows self acceptance and love to flow within.

4)  Declare war on the negative and flip to positive thoughts. 

Creating a space to relax will empty your mind, get you grounded, and help you get into your Zen Zone, to eventually connect to your Inner Self/God/Source/Universe.    This process allows connection with your Higher Self, to the Divine Universal Love & Guidance.
