Asking for help to heal within from the Universe/God/Loving entity of Higher Self will be granted when you pray/meditate with a sincere, humble loving heart and attitude of allowing and accepting your new reality that you have created with commitment. Letting go of what doesn’t serve your highest good takes time because false beliefs about the self and others must be changed either in perception or action.   Seeking a mentor, healer or like-minded people also provides support of growth in expanding the mind, body and soul.  Your dream will not change YOU, your life will change, but who you become must remain grounded (humble and sincere) to appreciate yourself and to help others in their spiritual journey.  It all starts with your personal transformation!
