WHAT IS MY INTENTION for today

A positive way to start your day could be “My day is flowing with ease.”

As you say these words, be still, close your eyes, take a deep and slowly breathe in our out, repeat it X4.  

Feel the calmness within you.  Relax, drop your shoulders, soften your jaw.  Allow yourself to feel better.  

Intention examples:   

“I show love, appreciation to….or for…”

 “I am attentive and present for the kids”, to my spouse, partner or friend… (state their names)

“I am grateful for the good food at mealtime. I savor each bite. “   

 “I love my family, …my car, my home, my clothes, my sight, my body, my mind… ”  see the good in those you love.  As you grow in love and lead by example, they grow too.

You get the idea.  Create your own intention that pertains to your needs for today.
