Faith:  A belief in what is unseen.  The intangible power or energy beyond our immediate earthly perception.  This energy is very real!  Faith and trust is belief in yourself, and in your Creator. You are capable of dreaming, implementing inspired action into anything you desire, with good intention into something that will benefit you and others.  

Trust:  can be a tough concept to grasp and accept in today’s world of fear and mistrust. Many people around us present and operate with poor intentions with attempts to deceive in everyday life.  Our minds have the power to refocus our attention on personal development, study and learning with integrity and love. This refocus is much more engaging and less passive in nature. It better serves you and others.  Many people spend a lot of time, some to the point of addiction on social media and entertainment which takes the time and energy away from working on yourself and creating what you love.   Passive activities can be fun, but too much time spend in this takes away from your creative choice.    Once you understand that you can create what you love and take your personal power back you think more positively and attract like-minded people.  Trusting yourself is the first step to expanding into trust of others.  Think about the people you want in your life, those who accept you, love you, encourage you, who add quality to your life.  Internal transformation is needed to grow spiritually.  Changing your perception to observer mode removes reaction and adds response eliminating blame, judgement, resentment.  Negative emotion can be decreased or let go.  This improves the quality of your life into an appreciative mode.  Allowing yourself to be vulnerable is a tough order for the ego.  Taking a risk or a chance over the ego is to believe that you can rely on yourself and your truth, and your ability or strength within to make the best decisions.  Choices are not necessarily mistakes but lessons of growth.
