FOCUSING ON POSITIVE EMOTION
There are ways to release negativity: as mentioned it’s a process; it’s like shedding the layers of an onion. Replacing negative thought with a positive one is so powerful in creating an amazing life experience. Catch yourself when your mind takes a turn into a rabbit hole of negativity. Turn to appreciation. Play some music, look at a photo of your child or grandchild, family member, your pet. Go ahead and smile…. feel the love. Repeat affirmations that help you feel empowered and help you feel good about yourself and others. Awareness of growth in your life can be an immediate or gradual change of consciousness, which requires subconscious reprogramming or “recoding” thought patterns toward a more expanded you. Realizing a new truth in yourself helps you feel empowered and happy. When you apply yourself, you recognize encouraging progress.
