Awareness of spiritual growth or experienced feelings of healing can manifest like the flip of a switch, or like the light bulb just turns on.  For some it can be a slower increase in awareness, like a dimmer switch. Everyone grows at different rates for a different soul purpose.  Progress in the journey of awakening depends on PERCEPTION of life experiences, resolution of negativity to empowerment into a peaceful experience from healing from unmet childhood needs, false beliefs or traumas.  When some of this soul work or Ego shedding is allowed by the individual, development into a creative and positive mindset is possible.  We have the choice and the power to let it all go ….and reprogram our minds, body and spirit, but we can’t do it alone…  we are not designed to be alone.

It’s a good idea to reach out to someone you trust to talk to or find a holistic professional in a modality that interests you such as reiki, yoga, meditation, massage, cranio-sacral therapy, etc.
