DAY 6

SELF SABOTAGE

Defeated thinking and blocking goodness within ourselves has created coping mechanisms and beliefs that have kept us from living a life we truly love.  As you become more aware of your thoughts and behaviors you realize over time that we have been  programmed to either feel, behave and believe the following which can be changed so you can grow and evolve into a more expanded human being:

Not good enough: 

I’ve done so much for others, when will it be my turn?  I’ve got to be good, Always criticizing the self.

Not worthy:  

I’ll show her, I’ll prove it to her/him, I’ll show them !  (masculine wounds)

Don’t belong:

 I want to fit in, us vs them thinking, this person rejects others, so they won’t be rejected.

Not capable:

I just can’t trust myself.  I’ll let them do it because I depend on them.  Blame them.

Not perfect:

A great desire to complete themselves, very disciplined, controlling, difficult to recode.

Insignificant:

A great desire to be seen, want fame, to be noticed, overlooked as a child, no goals.
