MEDITATION

Exploring guided meditation is a great start to resting the mind. Be patient with yourself, progress can take weeks even months to gain stillness of the mind.   As your focus increases into stillness daily, non guided meditation can be beneficial as well.  This stillness allows you to open up to your inner guidance. Intuition, or gut feeling, over time.  If you allow it, you can feel more peaceful, detach and let go of drama that hinders you.  This allows you to love yourself.   Looking into different Solfeggio tones can help focus on a specific topic, peace, detox, abundance, health, etc.    There are specific  musical tones for mind, body and soul.   Keep trying for a few minutes every day when you first wake up!  Don’t give up!  Love yourself enough to keep trying; as you do this practice, you become aware of the monkey mind and let it go so you can just be.  It’s healthy not arrogant to care for yourself. How can you love someone else truly if you don’t love and care for yourself?  Ninety percent of us were not taught this truth.
