BREATHING!!! IT’S IN THE TECHNIQUE!

  • Sit quietly by yourself
  • Close your eyes,
  • Drop your shoulders,
  • Breathe in deeply, slowly fill up your lungs and belly with air
  • Slowly force the air out, pulling in your tummy muscles toward your spine.

Do this 6-12 times, feel yourself relax.  Do this every morning, sit on the edge of the bed, breathe, give thanks, say a prayer, and an intention, (ie:  my day flows with ease.) then it’s time to start your day!
