BE PRESENT IN THE NOW
Do you have feelings of regret, resentment, jealousy, or inferiority not addressed or expressed within yourself, maybe imposed or accepted by parents, siblings, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, friends, business associates, co-workers? It may be time to forgive, accept and begin the healing process. Willingness to forgive is the first step to the path to peace. Be present in the now; Pay attention to what people say, become a good listener. This way of being expresses that it’s not always about you; it helps fosters genuine concern for others helping them feel heard. Rapport builds mutual communication. Start a habit of appreciation for nature, for what you have, feel good about the now.
