FINDING YOUR PEACE WITHIN

FIND YOUR PERSONAL PEACE

Close your eyes and imagine yourself letting go of the negative emotion or statement of the person that hurt you. Does this negative emotion serve your greater good? Of course not!    Try practicing this exercise:

 

1)  Sit by yourself quietly, even if for 5-10 minutes  

2)  play some incredibly soft music, such as Solfeggio to calm yourself.

3)  Take a deep breath and allow peace to enter your heart.

4) Relax your shoulders, face, jaw and scan your body into relaxation.

5)  Ask your inner self and Higher Power to help you rid you of the conflict.
