COMPENSATORY BEHAVIORS

Because some of our needs were not met in childhood or we have experienced traumas, some people create coping or false behaviors in their life experience. It’s time to take responsibility and tell ourselves: “Let’s start over on a new path!”  Results of compensatory behaviors could be attention seeking because of rejection or belief of being incapable, giving away your power.  Another is shyness, being unseen could be a lack of confidence or fear of rejection.   We all have different strengths and weaknesses.  We can become angry due to these limitations and we don’t know why.   

It’s up to you to discover the emotions, forgive, then shed the Light of positivity of your True Self and move on to bigger and better things that you choose to create.  Challenge yourself to change, no one else can.  When you change, those around you begin to change into that positive pattern as well, just like you! It’s contagious, in a very wonderful way!!! Become the observer and be the example of love.   Be honest with your own compensatory behaviors!
