It’s important to choose Forgiveness, because it opens up your heart to love.  Do not accept hurtful words by others or thoughts towards yourself that don’t serve your higher good.  The pain you feel is letting go of the EGO.  Allow healing.  Walk away… calmly when you need to, state you will not participate in a negative situation.   Let it go.  NO ONE has the right to shame you, make you doubt yourself, impose upon you, or impose fear upon you.  Meditate for a positive feeling with intention.  We block so many blessings due to lack of self-worth or/and false beliefs about ourselves and others.  Love yourself enough to remove yourself from any abusive situation.  Tell yourself “I have the power to do and live the life I love.”
